Use of Service

AssessMyDeal provides real estate investment analysis tools for informational purposes. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial analysis. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Accounts

You may use AssessMyDeal without creating an account (Explorer plan). Creating a free account (Insider plan) or subscribing to a paid plan (Pro) gives you access to additional features including cloud-saved scenarios and AI analysis.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AssessMyDeal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Usage Limits: Free Insider accounts include 3 AI analyses per month. Pro accounts include 10 AI analyses and 10 property data lookups per month. Usage resets on the first of each month. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@assessmydeal.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. See our full disclaimer for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssessMyDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of AssessMyDeal is the property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

AI-Generated Content

AI analysis outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You acknowledge that AI outputs do not constitute professional advice and should be independently verified.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
